This barbershop operates in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and this site exists for one purpose: letting you book a chair. This page explains, in plain language, what is stored, why, for how long, and what you can ask for.

What we store

You do not need an account to browse the site or see open times, and nothing about you is stored while you do. When you create an account to book, we store what you type into the form: name, email, password (hashed, which cannot be reversed) and phone, if you give one. We also store your bookings: service, date, time, price and whether it was cancelled.

Technical security data

When you sign in, the system records the IP address of the connection. That serves two purposes: stopping someone from guessing your password by brute force, and spotting a sign-in from an unexpected place. This record is deleted automatically when the session expires.

How long we keep it

Sessions and security records are deleted automatically once they expire. Your bookings remain while your account exists, because they are your service history. If you ask us to delete your account, all of it goes.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or hand over your data. There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixel and no third-party cookie. The only cookie on this site is the one keeping you signed in.

Where the data lives

In a database controlled by the barbershop, hosted with an infrastructure provider acting solely as a processor — it stores on our behalf and may not use your data for anything else.

Biometrics

If you enable Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, your biometrics never reach us. They stay on your device and only unlock a key held there. We receive just the public half of that key, which on its own grants access to nothing.

Your rights

At any time you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account and everything tied to it. Just contact us below. There is no charge and no need to give a reason.

Children

We cut children's hair, but the site account must be created by a parent or guardian. We do not create accounts for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Meaningful changes will be flagged on your next visit.
